1. Who we are and when these terms apply
100mil.org is a brand operated by TAKE OVER ALL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“100mil.org”, “we”, “us”). Registered address: 30 N Gould St #40422, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: support@100mil.org. Full business details are listed on our Contact & Business Information page.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase of a downloadable resource or workshop from us. The product description shown at checkout, the Product License, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Digital Delivery Policy form part of your purchase. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information; accepting these terms is not consent to marketing.
2. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to make a purchase. If you buy for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. Please provide accurate purchase and contact details.
We sell internationally where this is lawful and supported by our payment provider. We do not sell to persons or destinations subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions, and we may decline or cancel an order where fulfillment would be unlawful. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
3. Products and orders
Each product page describes the resource, its format, file contents, requirements, and price. Cover photography and workflow diagrams are illustrative. Products we have not yet released are clearly marked as coming soon and cannot be purchased.
You place an order by completing payment on our hosted checkout. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we display or email your order confirmation. If an error prevents us from fulfilling your order, you may accept a clearly disclosed alternative or receive a full refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are in United States dollars (USD) and are one-time payments. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other mandatory charge is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees independently.
Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number or security code. When we share a payment link in our official WhatsApp or Telegram channels, it opens the same Stripe-hosted checkout. Never send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or API secrets by email or chat.
Third-party software subscriptions, hosting, API usage, hardware, and professional services are not included unless the product description explicitly says so.
5. Delivery, support, and workshops
Digital products are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. After payment you can access your order page immediately, and we email a private download link to your checkout email address. See the Digital Delivery Policy for timing, requirements, and what to do if a link does not arrive.
Support is available at support@100mil.org; we aim to respond within two business days. One-to-one workshops are announced separately; before booking, we disclose the duration, scope, price, time zone, and preparation requirements. Coaching is educational and is not a guarantee of employment, revenue, certification, software security, or a particular project outcome.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
A purchase grants the permissions in the Product License, not ownership of our underlying resources. Respect third-party licenses, trademarks, personal rights, and platform terms. You remain responsible for the data and content you supply to an AI service.
Do not use the resources for infringement, fraud, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, unlawful surveillance, abusive scraping, spam, or other unlawful conduct. Do not remove access controls or distribute our paid source materials as a competing library. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
7. AI outputs, compatibility, and warranties
AI outputs can be inaccurate, non-unique, biased, or unsuitable. Review outputs and generated code before use, and test workflows with non-sensitive sample data before connecting production systems. We do not guarantee that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright protection or is free of third-party rights.
Third-party services change over time. Supported versions and any included update period are stated on the product page; no lifetime updates or support are implied. These disclosures do not excuse missing delivery, inaccurate product descriptions, or defects for which the law provides a remedy. Mandatory warranties and consumer guarantees remain in force.
8. Refunds, cancellations, and remedies
Every digital resource comes with a 14-calendar-day change-of-mind refund, even after download, plus remedies for non-delivery and defective or materially misdescribed products. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the process.
No provision removes statutory cancellation, conformity, refund, or payment-dispute rights. We do not require you to give up a legal remedy, withdraw a chargeback, or sign a non-disparagement agreement to obtain a refund to which you are entitled.
9. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, and except for those non-excludable matters, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. This limit does not apply where consumer law in your place of residence prohibits it. You should keep backups and validate outputs; that recommendation does not transfer our legal obligations to you.
10. Complaints, governing law, and disputes
Please contact support@100mil.org first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Contacting us is encouraged but is not a condition for exercising mandatory rights or using your payment provider’s dispute process.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country or state of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws allow. There is no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver.
11. Changes and records
Each revision of these terms receives a new version and date. The version you accepted is recorded with your order, and later changes do not reduce the rights attached to an order you already placed.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Keep your order confirmation email for your records.
