1. What a purchase licenses

Unless a product-specific license clearly states otherwise before purchase, one purchase grants one named user a non-exclusive, worldwide license, where lawful, to download, back up, and adapt the purchased 100mil.org resources for personal and internal business use and to create client deliverables. The license continues for the delivered version without a recurring fee.

A team needs a license for each user accessing the source library unless the offer explicitly includes multiple seats. Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses, which take precedence for those components.

2. Permitted work and client delivery

You may customize prompts, workflows, templates, or scripts and use them to create outputs for your own projects and clients. A customized workflow or code component may be embedded in a functioning client project when the client cannot extract a substitute for the original source collection.

You may not resell, publish, sublicense, share, or distribute the raw library, the editable source package, a substantially equivalent template pack, or credentials to access it. Using a resource to provide a real service is different from redistributing the resource as a competing product.

3. Outputs, third-party rights, and AI

We do not claim ownership of your inputs or the outputs you create with our resources. That does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or clearance of an output; AI-provider terms and applicable law govern rights in generated material.

You must obtain permission for any third-party data, likenesses, trademarks, music, images, model weights, or other material you use. Tools named on this site are independent products; their names do not indicate sponsorship, affiliation, or a license included in your purchase.

4. Free samples

You may download, copy, and modify the free sample prompt and sample workflow for evaluation, personal projects, and internal business work. Do not present a sample as the full paid collection or redistribute it as a paid resource pack.

5. Refunds, misuse, and changes

A refund ends the license to the refunded paid files; stop using them and remove copies as explained in the Refund Policy. A serious breach may lead to termination after notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix it, without restricting non-waivable remedies.

License changes do not retroactively remove permissions granted for a valid purchase. New editions may carry different terms, which are disclosed before purchase.
